I am thinking of buying a GPS to go geocahing, but in order to do that i would need to enter coordinates into the Gps. I need it to be cheap like 100-150 is that possible?

A person stands at N51 02.659, W114 03.781 and then walks on a bearing 338 degrees for 1,340 metres (4,395 feet). What are the GPS coordinates of the final destination?

I understand how Global Positing System works. What I would like to know is there a way normal people can find with the GPS coordinates point to. The military, and all emergency offices(Police, Sherriffs, highway patrol and fire departments) have them. Is it available for non-emergency personnel?

Please kindly help, I want to indicate the production areas of some crops on Nigerian Map. I have the GPS coordinate readings already.
